Certified Safety Professionals
Our commitment to safety extends to all in the EMI Guide Rail ranks. From management to field crews and office staff, we begin each construction season with a mandatory full-staff safety meeting to review our current safety program and conduct specialized safety training sessions.
Ongoing Safety Training
All EMI Guide Rail team members must complete all requirements for the OSHA 10 Hour Course, Flagger Certification, and First-Aid training before going into the field. Project superintendents and foremen regularly attend professional OSHA and industry-sponsored safety training sessions. Additionally, we hold weekly project meetings where safety is discussed at length and we as a team conduct safety audits and incident monitoring throughout the year.
